Are the nails reusable?

Short answer: YES! All nail sets CAN be reusable! It truly depends on how well you take care of them! If you wear them for 2 weeks (or 3 days) and take them all off gently, you can absolutely buff the adhesive off the backs of them and store them for later! OR just put them right back on!

What do I use to apply the nails?

Whatever adhesive you prefer! It really depends on how long you'd like to wear them & if you want to reuse them! If you're looking for a couple hour/day wear, i'd suggest sticky tabs. If you're looking for a couple week wear, i'd suggest a glue! It does'nt have to be a certain brand. Whatever is YOUR preference!

Are returns or refunds accepted?

All sales are FINAL. The nails are sized and designed to you personally so they can NOT be resold. No returns or refunds allowed. These nails are all custom & made to order!

What if I have something super complicated/ specific to order?

You are more than welcome to add as many photos as you'd like in the box when you order! I do also encourage the most detailed description you can provide when ordering so I can fully understand what it is you'd like me to create for you!

When can I expect to receive my order?

My current turn around time is 10-14 BUSINESS days FROM the date the order is paid for AND the sizing photos are recieved! I do NOT start on an order until both payment & sizing have been received!

Behind the scenes I am a proud mama to two wonderful toddler boys that I homeschool. One of my little ones has special needs and attends therapies throughout the week, so life can get a little extra full around here. I always work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, but my babies come first. If anything ever delays your order beyond my normal turnaround time, I'll keep you updated every step of the way. Thank you for supporting my small business - it truly means a lot to my family & I!

What do I do if my nails don't fit?

I do size according to the sizing photos that were sent. Its not common but I am human & can make mistakes! If your nails are uncomfortable in anyway, PLEASE contact me! I will always try my very best to make sure ALL my customers are happy with the nails i create!

I do also want to make note of this:
Sizing can be a LITTLE tricky if you're in between sizes! If you're in between sizes, I do have to go with the bigger size to ensure the curve of the fake nail sits flush with the natural curve of your nail. If I go with the smaller size, it'll create tension within the curve of the fake nail & the curve of your natural nail that will promote the fake nail popping off. Adhesive is not made to withstand that type of tension.
